Beam It Up Laser Works creates custom laser-engraved products. Please review personalization details, spelling, design choices, and order information carefully before placing an order.

Custom and Personalized Orders

Because custom and personalized items are made specifically for you, they are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or differs from the approved order details because of our error.

Non-Custom Items

Unused, non-custom items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us through our website before sending an item back so we can provide return instructions.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error or an item arriving damaged or defective.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order details and clear photos of the item and packaging when possible. We will review the issue and work with you on an appropriate replacement, correction, or refund.

Cancellations and Changes

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. Once production has started, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
